Herotel’s DO MORE 2026
1. Introduction
1.1.
The DO MORE 2026 Promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Herotel Proprietary Limited (Registration No. 2015/122781/07) (“Herotel”).
1.2.
This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other Herotel promotional offer, unless expressly confirmed by Herotel in writing.
1.3.
The Promotion commences on 11 February 2026 and ends on 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
1.4.
The Promotion is available to new and existing residential Herotel Fibre customers who:
1.4.1.
enter into a new fibre service agreement for a minimum term of 12 months, or
1.4.2.
upgrade an existing fibre service, subject to these Rules and service availability (“Customers”).
2. Definitions for the purposes of this Promotion
2.1.
“Upgrade” means a change by an existing Customer from a Herotel Fibre package to another Herotel Fibre package with a higher standard monthly subscription fee (excluding discounts or promotions) than the Customer’s current package, resulting in an increase in Herotel’s monthly recurring revenue from that Customer.
2.2.
“Downgrade” means a change by an existing Customer from a Herotel Fibre package to another Herotel Fibre package with a lower standard monthly subscription fee (excluding discounts or promotions) than the Customer’s current package, resulting in a decrease in Herotel’s monthly recurring revenue from that Customer.
2.3.
For the avoidance of doubt:
2.3.1.
the determination of an Upgrade or Downgrade is based solely on standard monthly pricing, and
2.3.2.
promotional, discounted, or time-limited pricing shall not be used to classify a change as an Upgrade or Downgrade.
2.4.
These definitions are applied uniformly across customers and are intended to promote pricing transparency and fairness.
3. The Promotion
3.1.
New Herotel Fibre Customers may qualify for discounted monthly pricing on the fibre packages listed in Table A, subject to a 12-month minimum contract term.

3.2.
Existing Customers
3.2.1.
are subscribed to a Herotel Fibre Package listed in Table B, and
3.2.2.
pay via monthly debit order, may upgrade under this Promotion, subject to availability and these Rules.

3.3.
Forfeiture of Benefits
3.3.
Customers shall forfeit accrued benefits under this Promotion due to circumstances beyond the Customer’s reasonable control. Where installation cannot proceed due to service unavailability, no charges shall be levied, and the Customer shall not be penalised or deemed in breach.
3.4.
For the avoidance of doubt, “service unavailability” includes, without limitation:
3.4.1.
the absence of Herotel network coverage in the requested area;
3.4.2.
a determination, following a feasibility assessment, that the service is not technically or commercially feasible at the requested address. Feasibility assessments are conducted in accordance with Herotel’s standard technical and operational criteria applied uniformly across customers.; or
3.4.3.
any other operational, technical, or commercial reason, reasonably determined by Herotel acting in good faith.
4. Promotion Period and Payment Terms
4.1.
The Promotion is valid from 05:00 on 11 February 2026 until 22:00 on 28 February 2026.
4.2.
Herotel may extend the Promotion period on reasonable notice, should additional capacity or availability arise.
4.3.
New Customers qualifying under this Promotion will not be charged standard activation or installation fees for eligible fibre products.
4.4.
Installation dates are subject to operational capacity and availability of installation teams and may vary by area.
4.5.
This Promotion excludes all business and commercial fibre packages.
5. Customer Eligibility
5.1.
The Promotion is open to individuals who:
5.1.1.
reside within a Herotel coverage area;
5.1.2.
are 18 years or older as at 1 February 2026; and
5.1.3.
provide the following documents (“Compliance Documents”):
5.1.3.1.1.
a valid South African Identity Document or Passport;
5.1.3.1.2.
a completed Service Order Form; and
5.1.3.1.3.
an accepted written quotation.
5.2.
Existing Customers participating in this Promotion may not downgrade their fibre package, as defined in clause 2.2, during the Promotion Period or for the duration of the applicable promotional contract term.
5.3.
Each Customer may claim:
5.3.1.
one Promotion per eligible fibre package; and
5.3.2.
one Promotion per residential dwelling.
5.4.
Submission of a service request or acceptance of a quotation constitutes an expression of interest only and does not create a binding agreement until:
5.4.1.
feasibility has been confirmed;
5.4.2.
all Compliance Documents have been approved; and
5.4.3.
the Customer has accepted Herotel’s Master Service Terms.
5.5.
Customers subject to an existing notice period with another service provider are not eligible for this Promotion.
6. How to Participate
6.1.
Customers may participate by:
6.1.1.
contacting a local Herotel office;
6.1.2.
visiting a local Herotel office;
6.1.3.
submitting an online service request; or
6.1.4.
accepting a written quotation issued by an authorised Herotel sales agent.
6.2.
Promotional services will only be activated once all required Compliance Documents mentioned in paragraph 4.1 have been received and approved.
6.3.
Customers opting for monthly billing must maintain a valid debit order mandate.
7. Amendment or Termination of Promotion
7.1.
Herotel may amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion only where reasonably necessary due to operational, technical, regulatory, or commercial considerations.
7.2.
Where such amendment or termination materially affects participating Customers, Herotel will provide reasonable notice, unless prevented by circumstances beyond its control.
7.3.
Any amendment or termination shall not affect Customers who have already concluded valid service agreements under this Promotion, unless required by law.
8. Privacy
8.1.
Customer personal information will be processed in accordance with Herotel’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.herotel.com/privacy-policy/
9. Master Service Terms
9.1.
All services are provided subject to Herotel’s Master Service Terms, available at https://www.herotel.com/master_service_terms/
10. General
10.1.
These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10.2.
Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any liability that may not lawfully be limited or excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, including liability arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Herotel shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in this Promotion, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10.3.
Where applicable, Customers retain any statutory cooling-off rights afforded under section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act.
10.4.
RICA compliance is mandatory, and Customers will be required to provide prescribed identification and address details.
10.5.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
10.6.
This Promotion is not transferable, not exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
10.7.
Herotel shall not be liable for loss or damage except to the extent caused by its gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and nothing herein excludes liability that may not lawfully be excluded under the CPA.
10.8.
Customers are encouraged to seek clarification from a Herotel sales agent before participating. Participation confirms acceptance of these Rules and the applicable Master Service Terms.
10.9.
These Rules shall be interpreted to promote fairness, transparency, and reasonableness, and any provision capable of more than one interpretation shall be construed in favour of compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Herotel’s Black Friday and Festive Season Specials 2025 (“Promotion”)
1. Introduction
1.1.
This Promotion (“Promotion”) is being run by Herotel Proprietary Limited with registration number 2015/122781/07 (“Herotel”).
1.2.
This offer may not be used with any other Herotel promotional offer.
1.3.
The Promotion begins on 27 November 2025 and ends on the 5th of December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
1.4.
This Promotion is available to all new and eligible Herotel Fibre and Wireless Customers that sign up for new services for a minimum term of 12 months and (“Customers”).
2. The Promotion
2.1.
The Promotion offers discounted pricing to all NEW Herotel Fibre Customers if they sign up for one of the following monthly recurring fibre package as detailed in Table A below.

2.2.
The Promotion offers discounted installation costs to the first 1000 (One-Thousand) NEW Herotel Wireless Customers if they sign up for one of the following monthly recurring wireless package as detailed in Table B below.

2.3.
Existing Customers who have already prescribed to a Herotel Fibre Package and who has opted for monthly recurring billing via debit-orders, will be allowed to upgrade their subscription in terms of this promotion.
2.4.
The Promotion is subject to availability. If, for any reason, the service is unavailable on the day of installation, the deal will expire, and the individual will not qualify for the special at a later stage. For the avoidance of doubt, service unavailability in this instance will mean:
2.4.1.
If Herotel does not have any network coverage in the area that the services was requested.
2.4.2.
If after a feasibility study has been conducted, it is found that it is not feasible to provide the Customer with the services at the location where the services was requested.
2.5.
Customers participating in the Herotel Black Friday Promotion, will also be eligible and automatically entered into the Herotel Vuka Summer Promotion, which terms and condition can be viewed at https://herotel.com/compliance/summer-campaign-terms-conditions-2025/
3. Promotion Period and Payment Terms
3.1.
The Promotion will commence on 27 November 2025 at 05:00 and conclude on 5 December 2025 at 22:00.
3.2.
Herotel, reserves the right to extend the special if additional availability and capacity arise, and the availability will be at Herotel’s sole discretion.
3.3.
All NEW Herotel Fibre Customers will not be required to pay the standard activation or installation costs when signing up for the eligible Herotel Fibre Products.
3.4.
Installation dates will vary depending on the availability of teams in the specific area.
3.5.
All business packages are excluded.
4. Customer Eligibility
4.1.
The Promotion is open to all residents in Herotel coverage areas who are 18 years of age or older as of 27 November 2025, subject to the Customer providing Herotel with:
4.1.1.
a valid copy of their Identity Document or Passport;
4.1.2.
a Completed Service Order Form;
4.1.3.
Accepted quote.
Collectively referred to as “Compliance Documents”.
4.2.
Existing Customers who have already prescribed to a Herotel Fibre Package and who has opted for monthly recurring billing via debit-orders, will NOT BE ALLOWED TO DOWNGRADE their subscription in terms of this promotion.
4.3.
A Customer can only claim:
4.3.1.
one Promotion in relation to eligible Herotel Fibre Packages,
4.3.2.
one Promotion per unit/dwelling
4.4.
As Customer you confirm that you accept the provisions detailed in these Rules which pertains to this Promotion by:
4.4.1.
Submitting your service request, either personally or via an authorized sales agent, alternatively
4.4.2.
Accepting a quote provided by an authorized sales agent via e-mail.
4.5.
In the event that a Customer intends to terminate their internet services with their current provider, and a termination period is applicable the Customer will unfortunately not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
5. How to Participate
5.1.
Customers can participate in this Promotion by:
5.1.1.
contacting your local Herotel office, which contact can be found on our website; or
5.1.2.
visiting your local Herotel Office, which address can be found on our website.
5.2.
Kindly note that the Customer will only receive the promotional service if Herotel has received the customer compliance documents mentioned in paragraph 4.1 hereof.
5.3.
Customers opting for monthly recurring billing should commit to a debit order mandate.
6. Termination of Promotion
6.1.
Herotel reserves the right and in its sole discretion to terminate this Promotion for whatever reason at any time with as much notice as reasonably possible.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1.
By entering this Promotion, Customers consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion, in accordance with Herotel’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.herotel.com/privacy-policy/
8. Master Service Terms
8.1.
The provision of any Herotel services is subject to Herotel’s Master Service Terms which can be found at: https://www.herotel.com/master_service_terms/
8.2.
These conditions apply to this Promotion, quotation, early termination of services and any subsequent order notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in or incorporated into any document from or oral statement made by you, the Customer.
9. General
9.1.
These Rules will be available on the website, on social media platforms and on all quotes that are sent electronically to customers.
9.2.
Governing law: This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9.3.
Consumer Protection: To the extent that the Terms and Conditions or any goods or services provided under the Terms and Conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (the “Consumer Protection Act”), no provision of the Terms are intended to contravene the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and therefore all provisions of the Terms and Conditions must be treated as being qualified, to the extent necessary, to ensure that the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act are complied with.
9.4.
RICA: As a prospective customer you will be obliged to provide proof of your full names, surname, Identity Document number and residential address when applying for accepting this promotion.
9.5.
VAT: All prices advertised in this Promotion are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
9.6.
Non-variation: No addition to or variation of these Rules shall be of any force or effect unless recorded in a written document and signed by a duly authorised representative of Herotel.
9.7.
Exclusivity of offer: The Promotion is exclusively for eligible customers and is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
9.8.
Limitation of Liability: Participants hereby indemnify Herotel and its agents, employees, or contractors against any / all claims for any injury, loss, or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way, howsoever in this Promotion.
9.9.
Clarification of terms: In the event that you do not understand any of the terms and conditions, please contact your local Herotel Office and a sales agent will explain them to you. If you do not understand or agree to these terms and conditions, please do not continue participating in this promotion. Your continued participation in the promotion will constitute your agreement to be bound by and comply with these and applicable terms and conditions.
9.10.
Acceptance: By applying for and accepting this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted Herotel’s Master Service Terms and are authorised to enter into an Agreement with Herotel.
Terms & Conditions Vuka Summer Promotion 2025
1. Introduction
1.1.
Herotel Proprietary Limited (“Herotel/ the Promoter”) is running a promotion whereby eligible participants stand a chance to win a variety of prizes through participation in a draw (“Promotion”) subject to the Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) from 1 October to 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
1.2.
These Rules, together with any official Promotion communications by Herotel, will govern and apply to the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Rules.
2. The Promotion
2.1.
The Promotion offers eligible participants to enter a draw and stand a chance to win a prize(s) by completing one of the following actions (“Qualifying Actions”) either as a Herotel Flex customer or a Herotel MRR customer:

2.2.
To complete a Qualifying Action, a participant may:
2.2.1.
visit the Herotel website located at https://www.herotel.com, and select a preferred Herotel package; or
2.2.2.
contact a local Herotel office, which contact can be found on Herotel’s website; or
2.2.3.
visiting a local Herotel store, which address can be found on Herotel’s website.
2.3.
Each Qualifying Action equates to 1 (one) entry into the monthly prize draws or the grand prize draw.
2.4.
Every eligible participant is permitted a maximum of 3 (three) entries and a maximum of 1 (one) prize from the monthly prize draws. A monthly prize winner is also eligible to win a grand prize.
2.5.
Entries that are captured on Herotel’s records will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.
3. Prizes
3.1.
Prizes that may be awarded to qualifying winners during the monthly prize draws include:
3.1.1.
Mini UPS;
3.1.2.
Headphones;
3.1.3.
Netflix subscriptions;
3.1.4.
Earphones;
3.1.5.
Smart watches;
3.1.6.
Power banks;
3.1.7.
School shoes.
3.2.
The winner(s) of the grand prize draw stand a chance to win one of two cars.
3.3.
The specifications of the Promotion prizes are subject to Herotel’s discretion and the availability of the prizes.
4. Participation Eligibility
4.1.
This Promotion is available to all new and existing retail Herotel Customers that complete at least one of the Qualifying Actions and meet the eligibility requirements in this clause 4.
4.2.
The Promotion is open to all South African residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Herotel may request a participant to provide a valid copy of their Identity Document or Passport to confirm.
4.3.
A participant must fall within Herotel’s network coverage.
4.4.
Any person who is a director, member, partner, employee of Herotel, a supplier of a prize or who is directly involved in the Promotion, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Herotel, and such person’s direct family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
4.5.
Purchasing a Herotel Business product does not qualify a participant for eligibility.
4.6.
If a participant contravenes these Rules, the Promoter may, in its discretion, disqualify such participant from the Promotion.
5. The Winner Selection and Prize Award
5.1.
In order to select a winner, the Promoter will facilitate a monthly prize draw in November and December 2025, and a grand prize draw in January 2026.
5.2.
All draws will be conducted on specific dates by using a secure, independent, and auditable randomiser tool. For the avoidance of doubt the draws will be conducted on the following days:
5.2.1.
5 November 2025;
5.2.2.
5 December 2025;
5.2.3.
12 January 2026.
5.3.
A prize winner will be the first entry drawn in each draw.
5.4.
The Promoter will contact and notify a winner of the prize won via Meta, telephone, or email.
5.5.
If the Promoter contacts a winner via Meta, telephone, or email with the contact details on record and the winner does not respond within 10 (ten) working days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to draw again.
5.6.
The winner must collect the prize awarded from the closest Herotel office and have their Identity Document or Passport in hand.
5.7.
A winner must be a Herotel account holder to be permitted to collect a prize.
5.8.
In the case of a car prize, the Promoter may publish footage of the prize winner with the Promotional car prize on Herotel’s social media pages. In this instance, the winner of a car prize grants Herotel permission to use their images as part of Herotel’s marketing material. The prize winner of a car shall be made aware of this and be afforded an opportunity to decline the use of his/her image for marketing purposes.
5.9.
The Promoter’s decision on a winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with a participant to debate the Rules and the Promoter’s decision.
6. Social Media Content Permission
6.1.
A prize winner is permitted to film and place on their social media pages any prize related content associated with the Promoter, to the extent that it does not place the Promoter in disrepute.
6.2.
The Promoter has the right to request a prize winner to remove any content relating to a prize that is damaging to the Promoter’s reputation.
7. Termination or Amendment of Promotion
7.1.
Herotel reserves the right and in its sole discretion to terminate and/or amend this Promotion for whatever reason, at any time, and with as much notice as reasonably possible. Herotel further reserves the right to amend the Rules at its sole discretion.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1.
By entering this Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion, in accordance with Herotel’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.herotel.com/privacy-policy/.
9. General
9.1.
Availability: These Rules will be made available at all local Herotel offices as well as on the Promoter’s website, on social media platforms and on physical flyers or digital advertisements and SMS links sent electronically to participants.
9.2.
Governing law: The Rules shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9.3.
Consumer Protection: To the extent that the Rules or any goods or services provided under the Terms and Conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (the “Consumer Protection Act”), no provision of the Rules are intended to contravene the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and therefore all provisions of the Terms and Conditions must be treated as being qualified, to the extent necessary, to ensure that the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act are complied with.
9.4.

Clarification of terms: In the event that you do not understand any of the terms and conditions, please contact your local Herotel Office and a sales agent will explain them to you. If you do not understand or agree to these Rules, please do not continue participating in this Promotion. Your continued participation in the Promotion will constitute your agreement to be bound by and comply with these and applicable terms and conditions.
9.8.
Acceptance: By applying for and accepting this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Rules and Herotel’s Master Service Terms and are authorised to enter into an agreement with Herotel.
Herotel’s Media Box (“Competition”)
1. Introduction
1.1.
This Competition (“Competition”) is being run by Herotel Proprietary Limited with registration number 2015/122781/07 (“Herotel”).
1.2.
The Competition begins on 19 February 2025 and ends on 28 February 2025 (“Competition Period”).
1.3.
This Competition is available to all existing Herotel clients who purchase a 31-day prepaid voucher during the Competition Period (“Participants”).
2. The Competition
2.1.
The Competition offers Participants the chance to win 1 (one) of 10 (ten) Media Boxes.
2.2.
To qualify for the Competition, Participants must purchase a 31-day prepaid voucher during the Competition Period.
2.3.
The winners will be selected by a random draw after the Competition Period ends.
2.4.
Each Participant is eligible to win only 1 (one) Media Box, regardless of the number of vouchers purchased.
3. Prize Distribution
3.1.
There are 10 (ten) Media Boxes available to be won.
3.2.
Winners will need to collect their prize from their closest Herotel office. The location for prize pick-up will be communicated to the winners.
3.3.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1.
The winners will be selected through a random draw after the Competition Period ends.
4.2.
Winners will be notified via phone call. If a winner does not answer after 2 (two) attempts, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
5. Termination of Competition
5.1.
Herotel reserves the right and in its sole discretion to terminate this Competition for whatever reason at any time with as much notice as reasonably possible.

VAT: All prices advertised in this Promotion are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Non-variation: No addition to or variation of these Rules shall be of any force or effect unless recorded in a written document and signed by a duly authorised representative of Herotel.

Exclusivity of offer: The Competition is exclusively for eligible customers and is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

Limitation of Liability: Participants hereby indemnify Herotel and its agents, employees, or contractors against any/all claims for any injury, loss, or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way, howsoever in this Promotion.

Clarification of terms: In the event that you do not understand any of the terms and conditions, please contact your local Herotel Office and a sales agent will explain them to you. If you do not understand or agree to these terms and conditions, please do not continue participating in this promotion. Your continued participation in the promotion will constitute your agreement to be bound by and comply with these and applicable terms and conditions.

Acceptance: By applying for, purchasing and accepting this, you confirm that you have read and accepted Herotel’s Master Service Terms and are authorised to enter into an Agreement with Herotel.
