That’s why we’re excited to announce the introduction of Route-This, a powerful network analytical program that allows us to quickly and accurately assess our customers’ internet setup and resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

How does Route-This work?

Route-This is a state-of-the-art application that uses algorithms and built-in tools to identify problem areas in your home or business internet setup. It can complete up to 21 checks in under 2 minutes, providing a quick and comprehensive assessment of any issues that may be impacting your internet experience.

Route-This is an mobile application that is fast, easy to use, and transparent to our customers. With Route-This you can run your own scan on your network, avoiding the need to contact Herotel during the day and outside of Herotel support hours. The program identifies possible problems and how to fix them, which empowers you to resolve issues quickly and easily. Problems it can identify include things like being too far away from the router to get a good WIFI signal or having too many walls or floors between your device and the router.
